Why do white spots appear on glass curtain walls?

1. Causes of glass cracking: there may be large internal stress caused by shrinkage of 12-13% when the laminated glue is cured, scratches, dark wounds, extrusion and sealing on the surface of the glass, insufficient glue perfusion, non-horizontal placement, large-area deformation, and the third action.

2. Fogging in the glue filling process: the reason may be outdoor glue potting, exposure to sunlight, reuse of polluted glue and system volatilization, and early curing (solution: metering and use, taking out and using up, sealing and preservation, no volatile pollution, pay attention to blocking when pouring glue.)

3. Cause of flaky whitishing or aerosol: It may be that the glass plate is not dried or the glass is not stored as required, and the water molecules on the surface of the glass react with the glue and become brittle and white.

4. The reason why the glass is easy to break after breaking: the test method does not match the thickness index of the adhesive layer, and the model with breakage resistance is selected (solution: increase the thickness of the adhesive layer, test by standard method, and choose reinforced or bulletproof type).

5. The glass is not dried after cleaning or there are watery debris left after cleaning, and it is not excluded.

6. When pouring glue, water enters and emulsifies to form white spots.

7. Long curing time: the possible reasons are weak ultraviolet intensity, thick glass plate, coated laminated glass, etc., blocking ultraviolet rays to greatly reduce the curing ability (solution: using efficient professional UV equipment or prolonging the sun exposure time);

8. The adhesive layer is too thin, and the fission under force is foggy (especially the tempered uneven glass).
