China (Shahe) glass price index update released

  Industrial upgrading, green transformation, and digital empowerment will become the main trends of the glass industry in the future

  The 34th China International Glass Industry Technology Exhibition was held in Beijing. In the meantime, under the guidance of the Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, Shahe City and China Economic Information Agency released the China (Shahe) glass price index.
It is reported that the spot price reflected in the index corroborates each other with the settlement price of Zhengshang glass futures, reflecting the high degree of linkage between the glass price in Shahe area and the national glass market price. The index has been released for three consecutive years, marking that the glass industry in Shahe has entered the "index era", and Shahe has become the information center, pricing center and trading center of the national glass industry. The latest index shows that industrial upgrading, green transformation, and digital empowerment will become the main trend of China's glass industry in the future. 
  At the exhibition site, Shahe City also exhibited more than 1,000 kinds of glass exhibits, attracting nearly 10,000 merchants from more than 20 countries to visit and consult. Shahe enterprises have reached more than 300 intentional orders with merchants, with an order volume of 260 million yuan.
After more than 40 years of development, Shahe glass industry has realized the transformation from low-end to high-end, from raw film to deep processing, from ordinary architectural glass to energy-saving and safe, advanced manufacturing and new energy glass.
