The maximum height of the building is 133 meters, and the total area of curtain walls and roofs is more than 100,000 square meters. The main curtain wall systems are: unit curtain wall, flying wing metal roof, podium solar roof, vertical locked edge metal roof, main entrance glass curtain wall, etc. In terms of curtain wall system design, the following three aspects are mainly considered: 1. Combined with Iraq's climate with a lot of wind and sand and a large temperature difference between day and night, the high-rise unit curtain wall is selected, and the factory is prefabricated and quickly hoisted on site to reduce the interference of bad weather on construction and shorten the construction period; The tower system adopts a top-mounted unit curtain wall with independent metal lines; The ventilator at the beam above the interfloor beam is embedded in the lower beam cavity of the unit, which does not occupy additional indoor space. 2. Podium system: the unit curtain wall includes aluminum plate and glass, the aluminum plate unit is hoisted as a whole, the glass curtain wall is installed sitting and standing, and the glass panel is divided into grids to avoid complex curved surface processing costs, adapting to the curved façade shape, taking into account the beauty and construction efficiency. 3. Roof system: The bottom layer of the flying wing metal roof is strengthened with TPO waterproof membrane, and soundproof cotton and sound-absorbing cotton are added to improve the building's adaptability to the local environment. The decorative layer is a diamond-shaped lap aluminum plate, which perfectly fits the shape of the eagle wings and feathers, and realizes the transition of the curved surface; The podium is integrated with solar panels and power generation glass, which perfectly combines the local climate of Iraq with practicality and power generation needs.
