Sedak Multicurved: a whole new dimension in glass bending technology

With the "Sedak Multicurved" technology, Sedak has launchedA world first: mold-free, free-forming 3D curved heat-strengthened glass. This new technology enables complex geometries and offers maximum creative freedom for future architectural designs.

The "Sedak Multicurved" technology enables glass to be bent and heat-strengthened at the same time. Recently, SEDAK unveiled for the first time this innovation – a 3D curved glass that has been heat-strengthened and opens up new possibilities for architectural and curtain wall design.

Thanks to a unique mechanically controlled bending process, Sedak achieves mold-free production. The glass can be bent in multiple axes (i.e. bending in multiple directions) and tempered simultaneously to ESG (semi-tempered glass) or TVG (fully tempered glass). Whether cylindrical, spherical or multi-repeated: geometries can be individually tailored and produced on a large scale.

Facing the curved curtain wall glass of the future

"With Sedak Multicurved, we are introducing the next generation of glass bending technology – Custom geometries can be achieved without the need for molds," says Kevin Sedak, Sales DirectorBernie (Kevin Berni explained, "We break through technical barriers, shorten production cycles, and give maximum design freedom, even in the face of highly complex shapes. ”

With this new glass bending process, Sedak sets a new benchmark for curtain wall design and opens up a new dimension of glass architecture for architects, planners and designers.
