2025 Curtain Wall Design Competition [Project Exhibition] Zhongzhu - ByteDance Houhai Center

ByteDance's Houhai Center project is located in Nanshan District, where Shenzhen's high-tech enterprises gather, and is located at the intersection of the main green belt of the Houhai business district with a view of Shenzhen Bay. The 32-storey office building will integrate office, entertainment, catering, lectures and other functions upon completion.

The architectural plan was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Ennead, and the overall plan of the project is to create a highly aesthetically pleasing eco-intelligent building through the subtle use of color, material, spatial rhythm and rhythm.

The geometric façade is framed by a standard geometric cube composed of horizontal horizontal sunshades, and a reverse arc glass curtain wall volume is embedded into it, and the energy-efficient and energy-efficient Tonghigh glass curtain wall connects the user to the outdoor environment, and the horizontal sunshade also enhances the diffused lighting depth of the floor slab, and the terrace landscape facing the surrounding community is more open. It is an excellent interpretation of an office building with unique byte cultural attributes that integrates simplicity, elegance and efficiency.
