Green transformation leads the "ecological road" of Shahe glass
Shahe has embarked on a "win-win" path of air pollution control and economic development. The average total emissions of Shahe glass industry in the past three years is 496 tons, which is only equivalent to the emissions of a medium-sized iron and steel enterprise, and the newly ignited Xinli glass 2# line has been optimized again on the basis of the existing ultra-low emissions, and can reduce emissions by about 15% per year. The company has completed the technical transformation and upgrading of desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, plume whitening, VOCs control and other technologies, and the emission level is far lower than the national and provincial standards, and is at the advanced level of the industry.
In promoting the green transformation of the glass industry, Shahe has solved the clean energy supply of the glass industry from the source by adjusting the energy structure and transportation structure. On the energy supply side, Shahe has accelerated the layout of clean energy, and the Zhengkang coal-to-gas project has entered the gas supply experimental stage, which is expected to produce 4.8 million standard cubic meters of coal-to-gas per day after completion, with an annual energy-saving scale of 400,000 tons of standard coal, ensuring the green energy demand of the glass industry from the source. On the logistics and transportation side, Shahe has built a park charging station with a daily charging capacity of 200 vehicles, comprehensively promoted electric heavy trucks and non-road motor vehicles, and created a typical regional zero-emission transportation scenario.
In the process of green upgrading of enterprises, Shahe has cultivated 3 national green factories and 11 provincial green factories, Shahe Economic Development Zone is applying for "national green park", has completed the environmental performance assessment of 3 enterprises A, is concentrating on helping 5 glass enterprises to accelerate the pace of creating A, and plans to achieve full coverage of glass production enterprises in 2026.
