Through technological transformation, the level of equipment has been effectively improved, the overall energy efficiency level of the production line has reached the national benchmark level, the production capacity has been optimized and integrated, the single kiln is more than 1,000 tons, and the high-level production line of one kiln and multiple lines is more competitive, and the products cover high-quality substrates such as plain white, ultra-white, ultra-thin, ultra-thick, and color glass, which can be applied to the processing of high-end energy-saving glass, automotive glass, electronic glass, and decorative glass, and the product differentiation has achieved remarkable results, and the high-end glass production capacity will account for more than 70%.

Technological innovation drives the development of new kinetic energy for the deep processing of Shahe glass, and actively expands the application scenarios of "glass +", with the commissioning of Xinli automotive glass substrates, we will make every effort to promote the deep binding of Jinshi Xinyuan automotive glass processing project and the new energy automobile industry, and the overall planning of products from "parts" to "intelligent interactive platform" will promote the coordinated development of the overall ultra-lightweight, intelligent front file, canopy photovoltaic and the automotive industry. Vigorously develop the glaze industry to expand the "new track" of the industry, deeply integrate with cultural tourism, dig deep into the local cultural resources of Shahe, and create characteristic cultural and creative products. Green transformation leads the "ecological road" of Shahe glass

Shahe has embarked on a "win-win" path of air pollution control and economic development. The average total emissions of Shahe glass industry in the past three years is 496 tons, which is only equivalent to the emissions of a medium-sized iron and steel enterprise, and the newly ignited Xinli glass 2# line has been optimized again on the basis of the existing ultra-low emissions, and can reduce emissions by about 15% per year. The company has completed the technical transformation and upgrading of desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, plume whitening, VOCs control and other technologies, and the emission level is far lower than the national and provincial standards, and is at the advanced level of the industry.

In promoting the green transformation of the glass industry, Shahe has solved the clean energy supply of the glass industry from the source by adjusting the energy structure and transportation structure. On the energy supply side, Shahe has accelerated the layout of clean energy, and the Zhengkang coal-to-gas project has entered the gas supply experimental stage, which is expected to produce 4.8 million standard cubic meters of coal-to-gas per day after completion, with an annual energy-saving scale of 400,000 tons of standard coal, ensuring the green energy demand of the glass industry from the source. On the logistics and transportation side, Shahe has built a park charging station with a daily charging capacity of 200 vehicles, comprehensively promoted electric heavy trucks and non-road motor vehicles, and created a typical regional zero-emission transportation scenario.

In the process of green upgrading of enterprises, Shahe has cultivated 3 national green factories and 11 provincial green factories, Shahe Economic Development Zone is applying for "national green park", has completed the environmental performance assessment of 3 enterprises A, is concentrating on helping 5 glass enterprises to accelerate the pace of creating A, and plans to achieve full coverage of glass production enterprises in 2026.
